The tournament cap is be 16 teams. This will mean the tournament breaks down into 5 Preliminary rounds, breaking to a half-semi (the top two teams on the tab will break straight to finals, whilst teams 3-6 will go to the 'semi').
Speeches in the Prelims will be 5 mins in length. The semi and final will be 7 mins.
Judging will follow worlds rules, and use the worlds scoring system. We will aim to have good sized panels in each room, and bring in adjudication from across Europe.
The Final will be held in one of the grand halls at the University of Helsinki, in front of a number of invited guests. Formal or smart-casual wear is recommended.
